What to include in a support message
- Your device model and iOS version.
- The app version you are using.

Common help topics
- Notifications are not appearing: make sure notification permission is enabled for DoneYet? in system settings.
- Reminder timing feels wrong: check the task start date, snooze state, and your device date and time settings.

DoneYet? does not require account creation or sign-in. Core app functionality is available immediately after installation.
