JuryKit Gizlilik Politikası
JuryKit, mimarlık ve tasarım projelerin için pafta/görsel analizi, zayıf nokta taraması,
olası jüri soruları, savunma metni ve takip cevapları üretir. Bu politika hangi verileri
işlediğimizi, neden işlediğimizi ve verilerinle ilgili seçeneklerini açıklar.
İşlediğimiz veriler
- Oturum verileri: anonim cihaz tanımlayıcısı, oturum tokenı ve Apple ile giriş kullanılırsa Apple tarafından sağlanan kullanıcı tanımlayıcısı ve varsa e-posta.
- Proje bilgileri: proje başlığı, ders adı, proje tipi, teslim tarihi, alan bağlamı, konsept ve kritik notları.
- Yüklenen içerik: analiz için seçtiğin pafta, plan, kesit, render veya diğer proje görselleri.
- AI çıktıları: raporlar, zayıf noktalar, jüri soruları, aksiyon planı, savunma metni ve takip soru/cevapları.
- Satın alma ve entitlement kayıtları: App Store işlem doğrulaması, ürün kimliği, kredi ve 48 saatlik erişim durumu.
- Yerel draft: sonuç dönmezse bilgileri tekrar girmemen için form metinleri cihazında UserDefaults içinde saklanabilir. Görseller cihazda kalıcı draft olarak saklanmaz.
- Güvenilirlik kayıtları: API durumları, model kullanım bilgisi, tahmini maliyet ve hata tanılama kayıtları.
Verileri nasıl kullanırız
- Proje raporunu, jüri sorularını, aksiyon planını ve takip cevaplarını oluşturmak.
- Satın aldığın kredi, paket ve süreli erişimleri uygulamada göstermek ve tüketmek.
- Hataları araştırmak, kötüye kullanımı önlemek, servis kapasitesini ve maliyetini izlemek.
- Dil ve yerel draft tercihlerini hatırlayarak uygulama deneyimini sürdürmek.
AI sağlayıcıları ve barındırma
JuryKit backend servisleri Hetzner sunucularında çalışır. AI analizi için proje metinleri ve
seçtiğin görseller OpenRouter üzerinden uygun model sağlayıcılarına iletilebilir. Bu sağlayıcılar
verileri yalnızca talebin işlenmesi için alır; JuryKit OpenRouter veya model sağlayıcılarının
bağımsız güvenlik ve saklama uygulamalarını kontrol edemez.
Paylaşım, reklam ve takip
Verilerini satmayız. JuryKit üçüncü taraf reklam SDK'sı veya reklam amaçlı kullanıcı takibi kullanmaz.
App Store satın almaları Apple tarafından işlenir; ödeme kartı bilgilerini biz görmeyiz.
Saklama ve silme
Uygulama içinden proje silindiğinde ilgili proje, yüklenen görseller, raporlar ve takip verileri
backend tarafında silinir. Gizlilik veya veri silme talebi için Destek sayfasındaki e-posta adresinden
bize ulaşabilirsin. Yasal, güvenlik veya muhasebe amaçlı tutulması gereken sınırlı kayıtlar daha uzun süre saklanabilir.
Çocukların gizliliği
JuryKit 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaş altı bir kullanıcıya ait veri işlendiğini
düşünüyorsan bizimle iletişime geç.

JuryKit Privacy Policy
JuryKit provides AI-assisted board and project analysis for architecture and design juries,
including weak points, possible jury questions, defense scripts, action plans, and follow-up answers.
This policy explains what we process, why we process it, and the choices you have.
Data we process
- Session data: anonymous device identifier, session token, and, if Sign in with Apple is used, the Apple user identifier and email when Apple provides it.
- Project details: title, course name, project type, deadline, site context, concept, and critique notes.
- Uploaded content: boards, plans, sections, renders, or other project images you choose for analysis.
- AI outputs: reports, weak points, jury questions, action plans, defense text, and follow-up questions and answers.
- Purchases and entitlements: App Store transaction validation, product ID, credits, and 48-hour access state.
- Local draft: form text may be saved on your device in UserDefaults so you do not need to re-enter it when no result returns. Images are not persisted locally as drafts.
- Reliability records: API status, model usage, estimated cost, and diagnostic error logs.
How we use data
- To generate project reports, jury questions, action plans, defense text, and follow-up answers.
- To show and consume purchased credits, packages, and time-limited access.
- To investigate errors, prevent abuse, and monitor service capacity and cost.
- To preserve language and local draft preferences in the app experience.
AI providers and hosting
JuryKit backend services run on Hetzner infrastructure. For AI analysis, project text and selected
images may be sent through OpenRouter to suitable model providers. These providers receive the data
to process your request; JuryKit does not control the independent security and retention practices of
OpenRouter or the model providers.
Sharing, ads, and tracking
We do not sell your data. JuryKit does not use third-party advertising SDKs or advertising tracking.
App Store purchases are processed by Apple; we do not see your payment card details.
Retention and deletion
When you delete a project in the app, the related project, uploaded images, reports, and follow-up data
are deleted on the backend. For privacy or data deletion requests, contact us using the email on the
Support page. Limited records required for legal, security, or accounting reasons may be retained longer.
Children's privacy
JuryKit is not directed to children under 13. If you believe data from a child under 13 has been processed,
please contact us.
