What to Include
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- ThreadStitch version and build number from Settings.
- A short description of the PhotosPicker, Share Sheet import, crop, blur, OCR suggestion, export, restore purchase, or Pro issue.
- If helpful, the number and approximate size of screenshots you selected. Do not send private screenshots unless support specifically asks for a safe, redacted sample.
Accounts and Deletion
ThreadStitch does not create accounts. If you want to remove local app data, delete the app from your device. Optional local history is stored inside the app sandbox when enabled.
Purchases
ThreadStitch Pro is a one-time App Store purchase. Billing, refunds, and Apple ID purchase history are managed by Apple. Use Restore Purchases in ThreadStitch Settings if Pro does not appear after reinstalling.
